The carved wooden altar at St Margaret's Church in Leyton required redecoration. Designs were created for the panels and colours were chosen which would harmonise with the stained glass window above and also accentuate the carving of the vines and grapes between the panels. | ||

The whole altar was stripped of the old paint and the designs painted and stencilled with specially mixed colours. Finally the details were gilded with double gold. | ||
